Norman's Hi-Lo Bakery strives to provide high quality baked goods at a low price.
The Owner
Zach Norman is originally from Sheboygan, grew up in Plymouth, and earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Missouri. Throughout college, he learned to bake bagels from scratch at B&B Bagel in Columbia, MO. Zach also has two young children and coaches high school football.
Zach has worked as a general manager, in factory production, as a customer service department director, and has insurance and automotive sales experience. Zach believes the combination of his life’s experiences puts him in a great position to deliver a consistent quality product/service and take Hi-Lo to the next level.
